This pair of heavy steel hand forged and riveted fireplace tongs probably date back to the early to mid 1800's...could even be older? Tongs measure 29 1/4" long and weigh nearly 4 1/2 pounds. Other than some slight surface rust, the tongs are still in very good condition. Buyer pays shipping.
