OUT OF AN ELDERLY ESTATE COMES THIS BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE SCROLL FLORAL DESIGN SILVER PURSE BY THE "HOPE SILVER COMPANY" (GEO. W. PARKS COMPANY). THIS COMPANY DATES BACK TO THE 1909-1915 AND THEY MANUFACTURED SILVER AND SILVER PLATED ITEMS. THIS COMPANY WENT OF OUT BUSINESS BEFORE 1922. THIS PURSE IS A SILVER PLATED ITEM WITH THE TRADE MARK THAT IT IS MARKED WITH. THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL ART DECO ETCHED DESIGN WITH THE INITIALS ON FRONT OF PURSE. THIS PURSE COULD USE A PROFESSIONAL POLISHING TO BRING BACK THE SHINE AND REMOVE THE TARNISH FROM DAYS GONE BY. THE INSIDE MATERIAL OF PURSE IS WORN AND COMING APART BUT STILL A GREAT VINTAGE ITEM. PURSE MEASURES 5" WIDE BY 3 1/8" TALL, THIS IS WITHOUT CHAIN, CHAIN MEASURE ABOUT 7" LONG. IT HAS A GOOD WORKING CLASP AND IS A WONDERFUL VICTORIAN ITEM TO ADD TO ANY COLLECTION.  THANKS!
