THIS TOOL CAME FROM MY DADS ESTATE. IT IS OBVIOUS BY LOOKING AT THE TOOL THAT IT HAD BEEN WELL USED; THE PIVOT IS STILL VERY TIGHT AND THE JAWS/NIPPER MEET WELL IN A PARALLEL FASHION.
