This is a darling vintage 1910-1920 little girls dress in good condition with flaws (see last photo).  There are a few small holes and stains, but overall it's as cute as a button, and so typical of the era!  It measures 18 inches across the chest and 20 inches in length, probably about a 3-4 year old size.  The fabric is a lightweight cotton.  Thanks for looking!
