ANTIQUE MINIATURE TIN ABC PLATE GRINDING OLD INTO YOUNG
Antique Miniature Tin Souvenir Alphabet ABC Plate Grinding Old Into Young. This fabulous souvenir plate features the alphabet surrounding the border of the plate, in the middle is featured an embossed scene of an old person climbing a ladder up into a grinder and young people coming out of the grinder with the caption "Grinding Old Into Young". Made of tin circa 1870- 1880's. 2 1/4" diameter. No marks. Excellent condition-no wear to raised image but silvery tin plating is almost completely worn away.
