We do our best to describe them as accurately as we can. We are NOT experts on most things, and we try to do the best we can, with our limited knowledge. We may miss some things that you may have more knowledge than us, and we welcome any helpful advice or suggestions. All items offered are "AS IS", and we will NOT offer a refund unless we have made a serious mistake in our listing. If you have specific conserns or questions on an item listed, we STRONGLY suggest that you email us before bidding!! We will answer your questions the best we can. If you need more pictures, we are happy to do that as well. If you don't agree with our terms, please don't bid. PAYMENT METHODS

**We accept Paypal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Personal Checks take 7-10 days to clear before we ship the item. All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise unless other arrangements are made. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling. We are happy to accept returns. Product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use USPS and FedEx for shipping. Insurance is recommened if we are shipping USPS. Cost is determined at the end of auction based on ending price. Freight quotes are for the US only. We ship worldwide! Please email us for International Shipping cost. Washington State residents to pay 8.4% Sales Tax.

AUCTION TERMS

Payment is due within 10 days and contact from winning bidder should be made within 3 days. All items are sold guaranteed as described. If there is a problem with your item please contact me within 3 days of its arrival so that we can work together towards a solution.
