Damascened Steel Persian Scissors

18th Century

Description: These interesting steel Persian scissors

form a sleek dagger shape when closed.

The inside of the blade are concave and the blades

are embellished with intricate floral scrolling pattern.

These kind of scissors are known as being 18th century in date.

The overall condition is very good with no serious damage to note,

they have intact points, tight blades and are still in full profile.

Minor wear to the overlay. 9.44" (24cm) in length.
