SHIPPING DETAILS

The winning bidder pays for all costs of heavy packaging and/or crating, insurance, shipping and residential or commercial delivery.  Please use the rate calculator provided in this ad for a shipping quote with insurance.

We also welcome the winning bidder to make their own pick up, packaging and delivery arrangements. The winning bidder is always welcome to pick up this piece at our business location to avoid the costs of packaging and/or shipping. There are no additional fees for local pick up.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
 The winning bidder will be responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, tariffs, etc. that may be applicable at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Our preferred forms of payment within the continental United States are Paypal, money orders and cashier's checks.

We will accept personal checks if you live within the continental United States. There will be a $50.00 charge for returned checks. There will be an additional $25.00 charge if the check is placed for collection. There will be an indefinite waiting period while personal checks clear.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We will only accept payment by Paypal or money transfer (in USD) to our bank’s account. We will not accept money orders or checks of any kind. International bidders who wish to pay by another method must contact us prior to placing bids. 

OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS: Taxes will apply to the purchase price if you live within Oklahoma. Taxes will not be applied to shipping, handling and insurance costs.

TERMS OF SALE

All items sold on Ebay are sold in "As Is" condition (in other words, what you see in the pictures is what you will receive). All sales are final and non-negotiable --- no exceptions. If you have any questions about this item, please contact us via E-mail prior to placing bids. E-mails will usually be responded to within a 24-hour period after they have been received. All questions will be answered honestly and to the best of our abilities. Payment must be received within 10 days after the listing has ended. Items that remain unpaid after 10 days are subject to re-listing.

All items sold on Ebay are available for local pick up at our business location during our advertised hours of operation (Mon-Fri / 10:00am-5:00pm central). Our company does not charge extra for local pick ups as long as all items included in this listing are removed from our business location within 10 days from the day this listing ended. Per Ebay's and Paypal's guidelines, our company will no longer offer free storage as a courtesy to our customers. Items that are not removed from the premises within 10 days will result in a full refund to the buyer and the buyer will be reported to Ebay and/or Paypal for not complying with the seller's terms of sale (this usually results in temporary or permanent suspension of a user's account, the removal of any negative feedback left by the winning bidder, holds placed on the funds in the winning bidder's Paypal account, etc.). If the winning bidder needs additional storage time, arrangements must be made in advance between the winning bidder and Southside Auction Co.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Southside Auction Co. is not liable for loss, damage, delay or non-delivery not caused by its own negligence.

In the event that an item purchased is damaged during transport or delivery, Southside Auction Co. will not be held liable for repairs, refunds or any other compensation to the winning bidder. It is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder to make any and all damage reports or insurance claims to the company responsible for the damage (specifically, the freight carrier and/or delivery agent). In the event that your item is damaged during transport, Southside Auction suggests that the winning bidder keep all packaging materials (if any) and contact the freight carrier and/or delivery agent immediately.  

Packaging and/or handling fees may be included in the advertised cost of shipping. Packaging and/or handling fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. In the event that our company takes on the responsibility of packaging an item we have sold, we will do our best to package such items securely and to the best of our abilities. Despite our best attempts at packaging an item securely, mishandling on the part of the freight carrier and/or delivery agent will often result in damage to the contents of the package. In the event of damage to a package's contents, our company will not be held responsible for such damage based on the method of packaging and our role as the packaging agent.

All advertised transportation costs (including those obtained through Ebay’s postage rate calculator) are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

Unless otherwise advertised, it will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the advertised shipping company in regards to estimated dates of delivery.

Southside Auction Co. does its best to get clear photographic images that accurately represent an item. Sometimes photographs can depict an item as being slightly lighter or darker than it truly is. If you have any doubts about the accurate photographic representation of an item we have listed, simply give us a call or send us an E-mail and we will do our best to answer your questions honestly and accurately.

All advertised dimensions are approximate and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. We are careful when we measure the items we sell, but sometimes we may be off by 1/4 or 1/8 of an inch.

All items that are used will have minor flaws of some sort or another.
