Any item that is misrepresented or misleading in the auction listing is refundable within 7 days. Otherwise, all sales are final, as we represent each item for auction openly and honestly. Uninsured items that are lost or broken is the full responsibility of the buyer, and is not refundable. To be eligible for a refund, please contact RhuttsHutt prior to returning the item so we may be on the lookout for the item, and it does not get placed off to the side.
