YOU ARE VIEWING AN ORIGINAL 1930's QUILT TOP THAT HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY ADDED WITH HIGH QUALITY BATTING AND BACKING WITH COMPUTERIZED QUILTING. THIS QUILT TOP WAS HAND SEWN BY AN EXPERIENCED QUILTER. I BOUGHT TWO QUILT TOPS AT AN ESTATE AUCTION. THESE WERE ONE OF MANY THAT SOLD THAT DAY. MOST OF THE FINISHED QUILTS WENT HIGHER THAN I COULD AFFORD. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES OF ALL OF THE SQUARES THAT HAVE YELLOWED. THE SIZE IS 75" X 86". THERE ARE 30 SQUARES. 9-1/2" X 9-1/2". I BOUGHT ONE QUILT THAT WAS COMPLETED BY SOMEONE, WHO MACHINE QUILTED. I WASHED IT AND IT, AN ALL OF THE YELLOWING CAME OUT. I WOULD THINK THIS ONE WOULD CLEAN VERY NICELY ALSO. THIS QUILT I AM OFFERING HAS NOT BEEN WASHED. WHEN I PICKED UP THIS QUILT, THE OWNER OF THE STORE SAID NOT TO WASH IT. THAT SOME BUYERS WOULD PREFER TO CLEAN THEM. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF BROWNS IN THIS QUILT. I WOULD THINK IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO A MALE'S BEDROOM.
