Some of the reasons I have not done so are: The extremely high cost of sending items through a method (Priority, Express, or Global Mail) that can be traced (tracked), insured, and used to prove that the item arrived, the long time it takes to stand in line at the Postal Office to complete Custom Forms, Some countries do not have a reliable mail delivery service (Items are damaged or lost), and the fact that the US Postal service does not offer an International Economy Mail service anymore.
Since some International Customers have expressed that they still want some items sent and are willing to take the risk I will sell and ship them but only under the following conditions: I ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY. Items purchased will be sent using First Class Mail International. Those who do not trust me to mail their item can pay extra ($1.60) for a "Proof of Mailing Certificate" which is purchased when the item is presented to the U.S. Post Office. The Proof of Mailing Certificate purchased at the Post Office does nothing more than prove that the item was received by the U.S. Post Office for mailing. You will have to evaluate the mail service to your location / country and determine if you trust it to deliver your purchased item(s).
