THIS AUCTION IS FOR A 24" LONG BIRCH BARK CANOE.  THERE ARE 3 DATES WROTE INSIDE THE CANOE IN PENCIL.  1946 AND 1947 AND 1948, I AM NOT SURE WHY THOSE DATES ARE IN THERE BUT ATLEAST WE KNOW THIS IS FROM AROUND THAT PERIOD IN TIME.  THE CANOE IS IN GOOD SHAPE BUT THERE IS AREAS WITH WARE OR DETERATION FROM THE AGE THIS IS.  YOU CAN JUDGE FOR YOURSELF BY LOOKING AT THE PIC'S.
