PAYMENT METHOD: Payments must be received within 7 days end of auction. We accept Money Orders, U.S. Bank Cashiers Checks, and Paypal. Paypal Payments require confirmed addresses only, be sure you have your address confirmed at Paypal before sending payment. You can use your credit card or bank account with Paypal. I'm sorry we can no longer accept personal checks as we have had too many come back insufficient costing us bank fee's, time in storage and time to relist and wait time to resell again.
FAQ: Can we pick our item up? Yes, all of our items are available for local pick up. We do have to charge sales tax on all pick ups. There is no other charge to pick up. Do you have a store we can view items in person? No, all of our items are listed on ebay, stored until ready to package and ship or pick up. We are not able to show items that are stored as they are tightly packed with no room to walk around. Because we do not have a store we can offer our antiques at drastically lower prices than antique stores. Can you combine shipping? On furniture items we cannot combine them in one box due to their unique size, shape and weight for their protection in shipment. We can combine small items we sell in one box, it depends on the items and will do so when appropriate and safe. We try to ship your items safely and at the best shipping rate.
More Shipping Info: All of our items are custom packaged according to the items specific needs by our professional packager with 20 years of experience. Shipping furniture is more delicate than small items. Occasionally even the best packing cannot withstand being dropped or handled carelessly by shippers. You must report damaged items to us within 24 hours. All package materials, box, wood, crate, etc. must be retained for damage inspection by all Shippers. For Greyhound shipments, you need to open your package at the terminal in case of damage, so a damage report can be made immediately and claim filed at your terminal if you are unable to do so you are required to return the item for inspection along with all packing materials/box within 5 days. For DHL shipments they require a repair estimate or estimate of non-repair for some items, at their discretion. We have no control over this. This is their policy. Damage by any carrier must be reported to us within 24 hours. Claims have to be made on a timely basis or they are denied. We have never had a claim denied when filed within their policies. Many items will be shipped in more than one box such as armoire, dresser, bookcase, bed, etc. due to their weight and or size to meet shipper guidelines.
FEEDBACK AND SHIPPING TIME: eBay’s new Star Rating System: Please understand when rating feedback for Time to Ship, shipping furniture and other large items is much more time consuming than small items you purchase on ebay which can quickly be dropped into a box and shipped. We do ship small collectible items within 2 business days. Items are packed in order of payment and cannot be prepared until payment is received. We sell alot of furniture which are all custom packaged by a professional packer. Many items we sell require multiple boxes. You can expect your item to ship within 1-3 weeks depending on our backlog, sometimes a bit longer, transit time is on top of that which is normally 7-10 days. Greyhound is our best and most economical shipper but items are shipped on first come first serve basis, so your item may not leave the terminal on the day we drop it off.
