Antique sterling silver salt / pepper shaker in excellent condition , no damage at all !

It is marked but I can't find the name of the maker .

It is a Ginger Jar shaped shaker with beautiful laurel / fauna incised all the way around and it has a star shaped pattern in the shaker holes and pierced holes around the bottom .

The marks on it say sterling  then 900 I think then the letters SE and then some sort of symbol , maybe a bird ?
