It is SOLID STERLING SILVER and it was actually made to hang on a Chatelaine, but now can be worn on a chain as a Pendant! It is HEART shaped and it features magnificent Art Nouveau and Victorian floral work. It measures 2 inches x 1 1/2 inches. It is made of High Quality STERLING Silver and it is a real treasure.  66037
