The very bottom of this old plane measures 21 1/2" in length. The plane iron cap is marked L. BAILEY'S PATENT DEC. 24. 1867. Plane is complete and in good working condition. The plane is marked NO 7 in front of front knob. Plane is complete and in good working condition. There is a minor small chip on the front edge of lever cap (see photo). There are some tiny chips on the top of the wood handle. Plane does show some rust stains.
