Here is a beautiful ornate antique Victorian frame w/ gesso flowers and inner molding and a cherry colored inner velvet on the second tier ( there are three tiers in this frame ).  My pictures make it appear red but it is more of a cherry/burgandy color. The inside measurement for your art is 8 x 10 Ins. The entire frame measures 15 x 13 ins. approx.  It is in good condition w/ the exception of a chip of wood off the upper back left corner. It is over 100 years old so not bad at all. It has NOT been re-painted and has a beautiful patina to the entire frame. Most of the old museum frames have the velvet inner molding. I have another 8 x 10 ins. antique frame in my ebay store that is similar to this..please check it out. Any questions please email me.
