Up for bids, a set of four, antique Bocce Balls. These balls are from the Victorian era and made of heavy walnut. Each is a different size or shape, all though approximately 16 inches in diameter, which gives the player his own edge. These balls are European and called Pitank by those who play the game. Some are marked with the initials of the individual player, similar to the way a bowler will select his or her own weight, etc in a bowling ball. This set is in good, estate condition, with some minor nicks due to use. I polished them, but the correct way to protect these wooden balls is to wax them.
