A fine, antique, English Jasperware (Jasper ware) hair receiver dresser jar.

It is Jasper dip with white cameos on dark blue. It has Neoclassic figures. There is an oak leaf & acorns band around side of cover. Nice deep & detailed cameo work.

It measures about 3 1/2" (9 cm.) tall & 3" (7.5 cm.) in diameter.

It is in good condition for its age. There is one small flake to bottom & a couple of nibbles to edge of cover. Bid now! You are not spending, you are investing

It is marked with impressed "WEDGWOOD" & other impressed marks. This is a late Victorian piece dating before 1880.
