It has NEW-> Dial, Hands, Weight, Pendulum, center Glass, Top-Door, Eagle, and the center Frame-the Wood that holds the center Glass in the middle of the Clock. The Dimensions are->41"L x 10 3/4"W x 5 1/2"D and has a 5 1/2"Dial. I do not know who made the Case. This Clock does run VERY WELL and keeps good time.
