All furniture sets are brand new in original factory packaging. Items are shipped by certified freight carriers on pallets and/or crates. Unless noted or prior arrangements are made, items are delivered to the outside of your home. Delivery appointments are scheduled prior to delivery. Customers are expected to be home in order to sign for and inspect the furniture shipment. Although damage is few and far between, it can occur. It is the customer’s responsibility to make notations of damage at the time of delivery. All furniture shipments are insured according to industry standard and damage claims are filed for replacement pieces or reimbursement. We take pride in every shipment and will do our best to make this a smooth and pleasurable experience. Please contact us if you’d like further explanation on shipping and receiving procedures.

Shipping is FREE only to residents in the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any island/country off the US coast. Shipping to Canada is available. For Canadian customers there is an additional freight fee, brokerage fee, duties and taxes. Contact us for more details.

Expect your furniture to arrive in 1-6 weeks. Some things take longer than others depending on your location and the items being shipped. We are glad to give you a specific time frame when you contact us regarding your location and desired furniture set. If you are building, remodeling, moving or just need time to prepare for the furniture shipment, we will gladly accommodate your needs.

General assembly is required on some items. For example, legs to dining table tops or mirrors to dressers. Chest of Drawers, Nightstands, China Cabinets, Credenzas and such arrive fully assembled.
