ANTIQUE WILLIAM HARVIE BIRMINGHAM BRASS SHIPS LANTERN - eBay (item 250246577229 end time May-16-08 19:08:21 PDT)

This is a brass, ships lantern made by William Harvie & Co. Ltd, in Birmingham England. There are a couple of chips on the glass. This once was a lamp and the socket is still inside the lantern. No extra holes were drilled.There is an interior clip missing , and that is where the hole is shown. I don't know if any other lighting parts went to this. This is just how I received it.There are two bales on this lantern. It is 14" iches high and 10.5" inches in diameter. It weighs 14 pounds. Thanks for looking.
