This auction is for an antique gas RIBBON burner. It is made by  Hyde and Brothers and was used  to make neon signs in the 40's and 50's. The slide does slide out. It was owned by Veazey Electric and Sign Company , which at that time made all the neon signs in Bowling Green, KY. and nearby towns.  This is a great historical collectors item. Thanks for looking and please feel free to email any questions or to make arrangements to see it. Would be perfect for Western Ky.University Kentucky Museum.  Mr. Veazey also installed the lights at Western State Teachers College ( Western Ky.University) old football field where the columns are. This is a great  memorbrilla. Thanks for the emails from my loyal customers. I have been out of ebay since May because of a total hip replacement. I am back and will be listintg circus and carnival items tomorrow. Shipping out side of the U.S.A. will be more than the stated amount. It is heavy.
