Bidding on our auctions means you read and agree to the terms stated below. Serious Bidders only please!  We Reserve the right to block bidders or cancel bids.  We will leave appropriate feedback for non-paying bidders and/or bidders who don't comply with auction terms.   For more information please read return policy & condition guarantee below.

PAYMENT

We accept paypal OR bidpay within 3 days of auction close.  We accept all major credit cards, e-checks, and money transfers through paypal & bidpay.  MONEY ORDERS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITH PREAPPROVAL! NO EXCEPTIONS!

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

We ship UPS on heavy items.  Otherwise, we ship USPS first class, Parcel Post or priority mail to the United States within 3 days of confirmed payment unless on a holiday or weekend. Our shipping cost reflects our actual cost of shipping plus the cost of packaging and labor.  We do not profit from our shipping fees.  If you do not agree to our shipping fees, please do not bid on our items.  Shipping is not negotiable. Insurance is optional with the exception on breakable items.   We cannot be responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. Our Staff strives to pack and ship items as safely as possible according to the nature of the item.  If you choose not to purchase insurance: you (the buyer) accept all responsibility of the condition of your item once it leaves our store.  We are not responsible for mishandling by the postal service.  All insurance claims must be filed by the buyer - not the seller.  In the unlikely event that you need to file an insurance claim, please contact us through ebay (contact member link) and we will provide you with the appropriate information to file a claim. 

Instructions for combined shipping (international & domestic):

PLEASE  inform us by e-mail if you plan on bidding/purchasing multiple auctions. We will combine shipping on items that are won within 3 days of each other - unless other arrangements are approved by us ahead of time. After auction is won: No immediate payments! Please wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount. We will send an invoice within 12-24 hours after the last auction is won. You must pay for all items/auctions together in one transaction; otherwise individual auction shipping charges will apply!

RETURN POLICY

Please let us know upon receipt of your item(s) (within 48 hours) if there is a problem with your purchase that was not mentioned in the auction.  We are not responsible for items that don't fit or that you don't like.  Please ask all questions before bidding - We do not accept returns - ALL ITEMS SOLD IN "AS IS CONDITION", unless stated otherwise in the listing, or we make a major error in the listing.

Returns/exchanges on consignment items:  We are a consignment store, therefore, most of our items are not eligible for return.  The Owner of the consignment item reserves the right to accept or deny return/refund .  We will act as a mediator in any negotiations for return/refund.  If the consignor approves return, You must contact us for a RMA# before any returns can be made.

We DO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS RECEIVED IN ERROR. IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM – PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. 

CONDITION GUARANTEE

We do our best to mention any defects such as stains, holes, cracks, wear or tear, or other defects/function, however we are only human and do occasionally miss something.  All of our merchandise is fully inspected and tested before it is listed – we do not provide 100% guarantee to the condition of them item – i.e. if we miss a minor detail that in no way affects the function of the item…..

Actual color of an item may vary.  We describe our items color from the physical item itself...not from a picture.  We strive to describe the "actual" color of an item as closely as possible.  Pictures in auctions may depict varied shades of color because of picture lighting & differences in monitor settings.  So please ask all questions about item specifics before you place your bid.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

If you are outside the United States, please request a shipping quote from us before bidding. SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPIG.  Shipping fees quoted in the auction will not apply. After auction closes, please wait for us to send you an invoice before you pay. A minimum $8.00 handling charge will be added to all international orders due to the process of shipping overseas (packaging, customs forms, traveling to the post office, etc.) We prefer to ship Airmail; however will ship economy surface at the buyers request. Mostl international orders will be shipped within 7 business days of cleared payment.
