THE PHONE WORKS 100% PERFECT EXCEPT FOR ONE PROBLEM - THE HOME BUTTON WILL WORK ON AND OFF.  FOR SOME REASON SOMETIMES THE HOME BUTTON WILL WORK FINE, YOU GO TO CLICK IT AGAIN AND IT WILL DO NOTHING.  THEN AFTER A FEW MORE CLICKS IT WILL WORK PERFECT, THEN AFTER A FEW MORE HOME BUTTON CLICKS IT AGAIN WILL SEEM TO PAUSE, THEN WORK AGAIN.  THIS GOES ON AND ON.   I HAVE CHECKED FOR WATER DAMAGE IN THE EARPHONE SENSOR AND THERE IS NONE.  HOWEVER I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER SENSORS IN THE PHONE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE THEM APART SO I CANNOT GUARANTEE THERE ISN'T ANY.

BUT THIS COULD BE AN EASY FIX FOR SOMEONE WHO IS KNOWLEGABLE WITH IPHONE REPAIRS - I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT CAN BE A SIMPLE WIRE SWAP FIX. 

THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE PHONE IS FAIR AND SHOWS SIGNS OF USE WITHOUT A CASE - HOWEVER THE SCREEN IS PERFECT DUE TO IT HAVING A SCREEN PROTECTOR ITS ENTIRE USE.  THE PROTECTOR COULD USE A REPLACEMENT BUT WILL BE LEFT ON SO IT CAN BE SHIPPED PROTECTED IN THE SAME CONDTION!  THIS PHONE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE JUST WANTING TO KEEP IN A POCKET AND NOT STRESS OUT ABOUT MARKS FROM KEYS, PENS, CHANGCE ETC.
