Item is a customer returns from a major retailer in LIKE NEW to NEW condition. The iPod shows little to no sign of use and has almost no scratches. Upon receiving, we have have tested and clean up the item to restore it to its best condition. The top and bottom CASING are in great condition with little or no sign of use.
