Item is an Open Box Return in EXCELLENT condition. This is an authentic Apple iPod and is still under Apple's warranty. It is fully functional and in great cosmetic condition. The SCREEN is in GREAT condition: there might be some minor marks on the screen but most of the time, the screen is free of scratches. The back CASING has some visible scratches but the overall quality is still great. We have included a silicon case for you so these scratches should not be a problem (See details here) We will ship the item in a white, non-retail box The iPod is still under Apple's warranty. The warranty length per item varies but tends to range from 8-10 months

RETURN POLICY
