- PAYMENT
Payment is required prior to shipment. Please do not bid unless you are serious about bidding and are able to make a payment within 5 business days We accept payment by PayPal(must be verified and must ship to a confirmed address) only. No COD’s. NO INTERNATIONAL PAYPAL PAYMENTS- NO EXCEPTIONS. PayPal payments should be made to auction@richardscomputer.com.
The final price is the winning price plus the shipping charge stated in the auction. We will confirm your final price within 2 business days through an automatic e-mail generated by PayPal as well through the notification you will receive from Ebay. Highest bidder must remit payment within 5 business days of auction’s closing or auction is considered void and availability of product is not guaranteed.
Payment received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
- WARRANTY
All new product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. We record the serial numbers of every part sold and shipped. All product without a serial number is marked prior to shipment. These marks cannot be duplicated. If your intention is to buy our product and return your defective product, please buy it somewhere else. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless product received is DOA and sold with a warranty. Manufacturer's warranty means the item is covered by the manufacturer's warranty only and ALL claims must be handled with the manufacturer. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the manufacturer and provide the necessary information to them in order to process the warranty claim. DOA Warranty means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to inform us if you received a DOA item. Items are all guaranteed working except notebook batteries unless stated AS IS. In the event that an item arrive non-working that item may be returned for replacement if available or for refund if no replacement is available. RMA forms and return policies are listed on our web site www.richardscomputer.com and must accompany ALL returns. Items that are damaged, lost, or stolen in shipping must be claimed through the freight carrier since all notebooks are shipped FULLY INSURED. All product sold AS IS, is exactly that; specifically, “AS IS” means no guarantee that it works and therefore no warranty. We get parts to machines that are proprietary to a particular machine that we may not have and therefore cannot test. Any exceptions to this policy will be done case by case and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Warranty does not include misuse or mishandling of equipment. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment. All returned product must be approved by Richards Computer prior to action. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to Richards Computer for exchange or warranty repair Please allow up to 7 days for our technicians to assess your returned item. If the product returned is found NOT defective, we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return freight. We no longer offer a secured cross ship due to abuse. Any reports must be done via e-mail only for tracking purposes.
- SHIPPING
All items ship FedEx Ground insured within 72 business hours of cleared payment. We ship FedEx only. Do not buy if you cannot accept FedEx shipments. NO USPS or PO Boxes please. We ship to the continental United States only. No international shipments, AK or HI unless payment terms and shipping charges have been agreed to by both parties.
