This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires. Our Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or excessive damage.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
