Payments must be received within 7 days from the auction end date. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in a non-paying bidder strike. Once the strike has been issued, the buyer agrees to forfeit the sale and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

* PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

* Money Orders and Cashiers Checks processed by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

We require a CONFIRMED Paypal address, and will only ship to the address that has been confirmed by Paypal. We will not make any exceptions unless payment is received via money order or cashiers check.

We only ship to the 50 US States and Puerto Rico. No exceptions.

We do not combine shipping charges and do not offer local pick-up.

Sellers are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items by USPS.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the confirmed shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Sales Tax

All buyers who reside within Washington State are required to pay 8.9% sales tax. Any customers in Washington State placing volume resale orders must have a Washington State Resale Tax Form on file with us PRIOR to purchasing.

Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

Buyers are responsible for paying shipping fees when returning items.
