  • This item was originally purchased from a major retail store and returned. It has been fully tested, cleaned and is in perfect operating condition.
  • This unit shows scratches throughout, and could include scratches on the face plate and screen. Although it may effect the screen, it is still viewable to see what selection you are trying to select. These units may also include light dents, but are still fully functional.

Payments

We DO NOT accept any other form of payment, for example Personal Checks, Wire Transfers, Credit Cards over the phone etc

Payments must be received within 7 days from the auction end date. Failure to pay within 7 days will result in a non-paying bidder strike. Once the strike has been issued, the buyer agrees to forfeit the sale and the item will be relisted.

Shipping

We only ship to the 50 US States and Puerto Rico. No exceptions.

We do not combine shipping charges and do not offer local pick-up.

Sellers are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items by USPS.

All packages that are returned to us by USPS as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the confirmed shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

This item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.

Buyers are responsible for paying shipping fees when returning items.
