Domestic orders are packed and shipped within two business days after receiving and clearing payment. Standard Flat Rate Shipping is our choice of either USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class, or UPS Ground. Once shipped, flat rate shipments will generally take 1-7 business days to arrive. Tracking or delivery confirmation numbers are provided by email when your order ships.

UPS will not deliver to a post office box. If you have a post office box, please include both your mailing address (PO Box) and street address with payment.

International Customers:

We will not ship to Mexico.

All international orders are packed and shipped within two business days. Shipping options include: USPS Airmail (1-3 week delivery) and USPS Global Express (3-5 day delivery). Orders over $50 must ship via USPS Global Express (3-5 day delivery). Please contact us with your destination for a shipping quote. We are happy to give combined shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. Please email us with the items you are interested in and the destination country for a combined shipping quote.

Please include your telephone number with your payment, as it is required for customs documentation. The amount of your purchase will show on the customs forms attached to your package as required by international law. A packing slip detailing the contents of your package will be attached to the outside of the box. We have found that our method of providing complete documentation to customs officials makes for a faster transit time overall, as there is minimum delay in processing at the customs office. We can not mark packages as "gift".

Combined Shipping: You may be interested in our other listings on eBay. We are happy to give combined shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. To determine shipping charges we take the charge of the heaviest (highest shipping charge) item and add only $2.00 for each additional item. eBay will not automatically apply this discount, please request an invoice for your combined total. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method when applying this discount (usually UPS Ground for larger orders).

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days of sale. Orders shipped to Massachusetts will be charged 5% sales tax.

We are committed to exceptional service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to process a refund. We will not accept returns on items that have been opened, damaged, used, have had tags removed, or are missing parts. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

Payment expected within 7 days of end of auction. If you have purchase multiple items please request an invoice to reflect your combined (discounted) shipping charge.
