Insurance (up to $50.00 value) is available for $2.85. In the event of a lost package, winner agrees to cooperate in the completion of a U.S.P.S. Form 1000 or replacement by checking Box 13a. that they did NOT receive the package, signing and dating the form and providing their telephone number. In the case of shipping damage, the original envelope/box must also be returned. We ask that the winner please furnish delivery address and method of payment at end of auction, so we can get it ready to ship.
