2. If you are not shipped the correct item, it must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of shipment. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. The item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization. If the item is returned within the 7 day return window and the reason for return is verified, serial number matches, not tampered with a refund or credit will be issued to buyer AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS.
