WHY YOU SHOULD READ THE FINE PRINT. Hometown Classic knows you want you to receive your item(s) as soon as possible. Shopping on-line can sometimes be a frustrating experience, especially if you have never done it before. Understand that we have been there too. To make your buying experience go as smooth as possible, please read this document carefully! It contains very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitation and exclusions that may apply to you.

PAYMENT. We gratefully accept: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order and Personal Checks. There is a ten (10) business day wait period on personal checks for payment to clear. Buyer agrees to pay for item(s) purchased within seven (7) business days after winning a bid or purchasing an item from Sellers store. Buyer agrees that Seller is not required to ship any portion of any item(s) purchased until full & clear payment is received for all item(s) purchased from Seller.

TAXES, TARIFFS, & FEES. Buyer agrees that Seller is not responsible for customs fees and import tariffs. The buyer is responsible for any and all applicable fees for international sales. If an item is returned to us by the shipping company, all shipping and associated fees will be deducted from any refund.

SHIPPING & HANDLING. Shipping times are listed in Business Days, defined as Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to5:00 CST, not including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays recognized in the United States of America. Buyer agrees that stated shipping & handling times are estimates and do not include delivery time as defined by the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to deliver an item. Items in Sellers current inventory typically ship (packaged, labeled, & mailed) in 1-5 business days. Items that are shipped Factory Direct are warehoused by the third party manufacturer and estimated shipping times are approximate. Shipping times may be extended depending on the manufacturer’s current inventory. Items that are manufactured after purchase have estimated shipping times which may be sooner or longer than stated in the listing and/or auction.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT. Any item damaged during shipment must be reported to Seller within three (3) business days of confirmed receipt. Buyer agrees to keep all damaged item(s) with the original packaging for inspection and claim processing by the shipping company for a time period defined by the Seller. Refunds and/or replacement will be honored only with confirmation of damage during shipment from the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS).

TERMS & CONDITIONS. This Terms of Sale Agreement (this Agreement) constitutes a binding legal contract between you (Buyer) and HometownClassic (Seller), the owner and operator of the Hometown Classic eBay store. By ordering any product or service via this store, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when posted.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Seller attempts to describe the items offered for sale as accurately as possible; however, Seller does not warrant that the descriptions or other content on this or any of the Sellers auctions and listings as accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. All sales made are final. Buyer agrees that no returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased are accepted due to any error or omission in the description of this or any of Sellers items for sale. We have made every effort to display the items featured on this Site as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will greatly affect the colors actually seen on the screen. The Seller cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor's display of any color or detail.

AVAILABILITY. Buyer agrees that if the item(s) described is out of stock at the time of purchase, said item(s) will be placed on back order for a period not to exceed thirty (30) business days. Item(s) on back order for a period of thirty (30) business days will be refunded without notice.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEE. Items described as new are covered by manufacturer warranty as described on the product or packaging. Seller makes no warranty, explicit, implied or otherwise on any item(s) purchase unless specifically stated in the content of the auction and/or listing. The Buyer understands that all items(s) described as used are sold as is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Any manufacturer defects must be reported to the Seller who will assist the buyer in receiving a replacement and/or exchange of the item for an item of equal or greater value.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS. Buyer has three (3) business days upon confirmed receipt to notify Seller of Buyers intent to return an item. Buyer has seven (7) business days to return-ship the item with tracking information. Seller only accepts returns of unopened and unused items. Returned items will not be accepted without Sellers prior our authorization. Any item returned without Sellers prior approval will not be accepted for delivery. Buyer agrees that there is a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price for returned items, regardless of condition of the product. Buyer agrees that all shipping fees, return shipping fees, import tariffs, export tariffs, taxes and other fees are at the buyers expense and non-refundable. Upon Buyer returning an item, Seller will inspect the product for damage and/or signs of use. Buyer agrees that any noted deficiencies to the item(s) by Seller will be deducted from the Buyer's final refund and that the amount of the deduction is at the Sellers discretion. Buyer agrees that if the item is described as used, the item is sold As Is, and there are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges, regardless of the condition of the item.
