I am out of 2009 points so take a look at my pre-booked stays that are listed now or start thinking about your 2010 trips.  Thanks to everyone that bought from me in 2009.

In Arizona I can look for time in Phoenix / Scottsdale and Sedona and Lake Havasu but also in other areas worldwide.

We own more time than we use so I can allow other people to use some of our time.

This is our excess owner’s time.  It is not our business.  If you are looking for a great vacation location I may be able to help you get a very nice resort condo to stay in.  Some are fairly easy to get time at and some have been very hard.  If your dates and locations are somewhat flexible it makes it a lot easier. Sometimes I can get them for a price no more than you would pay for a low end motel. You will usually also save on taxes. There are no 2 hour timeshare sales presentations required.  They may offer you an incentive to do it but all you have to do is to say no.  We will disclose any added taxes or fees when we find what you want.  Most do not have extra taxes. This auction is for information to help you select the condo vacation time you want me to put on ebay for you to buy.  Click ‘Ask Seller A Question’ to contact me about where and when you would like to travel to.  DO NOT BID TILL YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH ME FIRST !  If I can get what you want, we will agree on a price and then I will get it and put it on Ebay so you can purchase it there.  If I let you know that I can get what you want please be ready to commit to taking it as often, a few days later the same thing may not be there any longer. 

We can get various size condos and various dates year round. Stays can be as short as 2 nights at many of the resorts. 
Friday and Saturday nights are much higher if not part of a full week.  Most people have gotten 4 or 5 nights starting on a Sunday or 4 starting on a Monday.

The time I can get the lowest costs is between 7 and 60 days before your trip, if available.

Cost will depend on the number of points that it costs me and will vary based on what resort, unit size, which days (weekends, special events and holidays are more) and how far ahead it is booked. Per night prices will vary from under $30 per night to over $300 . You will know all the details before I put it on ebay for you.

The following will be a part of any ebay listing for resort reservations that I will book for you.  Make sure that these terms are acceptable to you.
”You will be responsible for any charges that you make to the unit and for any damages or lost items. They will probably require a credit card to be on file for any charges.  You will be required to leave the unit as instructed by the resort which usually means putting the sheets and towels in a pile and putting the dishes in the dishwasher.  None of the Diamond resorts allow pets. At least one person in your party must be a legal aged adult.  By winning this auction you agree to the terms stated in it.  This is NOT a timeshare promotion.
