RETURN POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied with our product(s) or service; we'll be glad to refund the original item value. Shipping fees can not be refunded. To receive a refund; we'll need to receive the item(s) at our Istanbul   office within 14 days of original delivery date in original/unused condition and with original shipping package included. Refunds will be processed through PayPal or other systems. 

Underwear items are  non-refundable. (Health reasons)
