This is an extremely rare Past Masters ring done in the signet ring style.  This vintage piece of Jewelry is a very typical Art Deco period design.  It has a glossy black stone inlaid with a yellow & white gold Past Masters square & compass.  The ring has been tested to be solid 14K gold.  It has the makers mark which is "B&F" which I have traced to be B&F Jewelers Inc. of Hanover PA. and bears the Hallmark 14K.  It has minor overall wear consistent with its age.  Its a large size 11 1/2 and weighs in at 8.6 grams!!
