ITEM DESCRIPTION

Up for your consideration is an outstanding & rare Art Deco lamp, with a stained glass shade, circa 1930.  The base depicts an interesting Egyptian motif, and appears to be made of solid brass or bronze.  The stained glass consists of two primary colors: a blue to white slag glass, and a caramel to white slag.  Consistent with Deco design, the shade is very geometic, and original to the base.  Although I could not find a maker's mark, the manufacture's inventory number (#185) is stamped into the base.

The lamp stands 22.5" high from base to finial, and the shade is 14" in diameter.

CONDITION:  The lamp is in excellent condition throughout, with the exception of 1 age crack is 1 of the panels (see last photo). This crack is structurally stable, and does not require repair. Otherwise, the lamp is in "Mint" condition.  It is in working order, and has been rewired.  The patina is original, and there are no dents or condition concerns on the base.
