Shipping and Payment Information

We can not answer questions in the last hours of the auction.

We do not profess to be experts on any of the items we sell. We make

 a "best effort", to describe the items as accurately as we can.

We state the condition of the items as best we can judge. Some items

we sell are on consignment to us.

We reserve the right to retract items at any time before or after a sale. If an item is retracted after it

as sold your payment will be refunded within twenty four hours in most cases.

This agreement is a binding contract which constitutes

the entire agreement between the Buyer and logicdeals by mahtab haghani.

If you don't understand this agreement and its restrictions,

see a lawyer for help, or do not bid as this agreement is a contract.

Feedback

We will post negative feedback on all transactions that are not completed

and when the bidder posts negative feedback,

we will post a negative feedback - and when the bidder posts positive feedback,

we will post appropriate positive feedback also.

This is due to the many people who choose to not leave feedback and makes it easier to track the completion of the auction process.

Also it allows for opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings

should they occur and make this a more pleasant experience any sale

which is canceled due to buyer negligence refusal to abide by s

tated auction terms will result in negative feedback.

Items damaged during shipping will be covered if you have purchased insurance.

TAXES

Nevada residents pay 7.75% sales tax

We ship to the Continental 48 States. USA for the price listed in the description.  We also SHIP to the following locations for an additional charge. Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please email us for shipping costs. We will ship to all other International locations when the buyers sending in a Money Order or Cashier's Checks only. *There are no exceptions to my shipping policy/prices, if you do not accept these conditions, please do not bid. We don’t combine items for shipping. And no pick ups are accepted at all, since items are sent from different warehouses. No exceptions! Sorry for any inconvenience.
