Description
This is an Artply Dollhouse kit.  # 77 "The Allison".  Easy tab and slot directions assembly.  Five full rooms with stairs.  25" x 22" x 13" assembled.  Scale 1" to 1'.  The box has been opened and it appears all parts are there.  It is possible that a couple smaller pieces may have slipped out, but for the most part, everything seems to be there.  Instructions, Paint, shingles, and hardware not included.  Comes from a smoke free home.
