- This unit has a long wire attached to the bottom left (see picture)
Condition:
- Used, removed from a highway traffic counter that was solar powered.
- We don't know how to test it but we expect it to work properly
- Minor cosmetic marks, scratches, and such from previous use. We cleaned them of extra wires and grime. Some minor oxidation to the terminals (nothing serious).
