This is an ASCO series 165 200 amp 2 pole 240 volt 60 Hz NON AUTOMATIC (manual) transfer switch cat. no. D00165A20200000C date code 07/04. It was installed in my house for 2 years, and was removed 2 years ago & has been sitting in my garage ever since.
The transfer switch is on the right in the picture; the cover is on the left.
Note the cutouts made in the back and bottom of the case where wires fed through. The case is dirty and scratched, and it has white paint marks on it. Note that only 2 of the 3 wire guides are present (hanging from the top of the case by clear tape). You could use 1 of the 2 as a template to make a 3rd. The left lower cover screw is stripped.
I paid around $800 for this perfectly functioning transfer switch. Picture shows the transfer switch on the right and the front cover on the left.
