Payment:

In order to expedite your order, please pay within 3 days of the close of the auction.
If payment is not received within 7 days, we will send an Unpaid Item reminder to buyer, encouraging them to complete the transaction. If the item is still unpaid, the order will be revoked and an unpaid Item Strike will be filed through eBay. There will be a hold of 8 days on all payments made by money order or cashier's check (no exceptions).
We also accept Credit Card payments from the following companies: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All purchases made in TX are subject to 8.00% sales tax. If you are planning a local pickup (must pick up within 7 days of close of auction) and live outside of Texas, you will be responsible for paying TX sales tax if you do not pay until the time of pick up at Easy Sale's facilities. We currently ship to the United States for every auction listed on line via FedEx or USPS.
International shipments will only ship out via USPS Priority, No exemptions. We currently are NOT SHIPPING OVERSEAS for any of the auctions listed on line UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED AT THE TOP OF THE DESCRIPTION IN THE AUCTION.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES UNLESS USPS IS AN AVAILABLE OPTION ON THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR.
Insurance will be required on all auction items, no exceptions. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without prior notice to better fit our customer's needs as well as our own.

FREIGHT:

WE DO NOT SHIP FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL, ALASKA OR HAWAII.
Items will be shipped 5-10 business days after payment has been received.
No freight items will leave our warehouse till we have a phone number, business location and details about the delivery. All freight customers are advised to call us at (817) 640-3279 for fast delivery.
Please note that items shipped via freight may fluctuate in price depending on the day and availability of certain carriers. Please check the shipping calculator at the bottom of the listing. LOCAL PICK UP

Items may also be picked up between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday at our distribution center in Arlington, TX. 76011. Pick up is by appointment only. You may schedule a pick up between normal business hours via phone (817-640-3279) or email. There will be a $10.00 handling fee for every item that is picked up at our distribution center unless otherwise stated in the auction listing. Auction items must be picked up within 7 days after the close of the auction. If auction items are not picked up within this time frame the item(s) will be relisted under the buyer's information and sold minus our normal commission structure. You must present a driver's license for pick up of any item(s) won. We accept cash or credit card only, if picking up your items or you may pay via PayPal prior to your scheduled pick up day and time. Money orders and cashier's checks will not be accepted at the time of pick up.

You will need to bring padding and tie-downs for your items, if needed.

LOCAL DELIVERY

This option only applies to the greater DFW metroplex. The minimum charge for local delivery is $100.00 (unless otherwise stated) and it is by appointment only between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. This fee may vary depending on the size & weight of the item as well as the distance from our distribution center. You may inquire more about this option by email or by calling (817) 640-3279. DELIVERY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any buyer that has a qualifying auctionable item available for pick up will receive free delivery for items purchased. Please call for more details about this option.

Returns:

All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us by email at info@easysaleinc.com or by telephone at (817) 640-3279.

SHIPPED ITEMS: Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and applicable fees.

LOCAL PICKUP: Buyer must contact us within 3 days of pickup. Items must be picked up within 7 days of payment. If auction items are not picked up within this time frame the item(s) will be relisted under the buyer's information and sold minus our normal commission structure. We may, at our discretion, occasionally agree to hold items longer than 7 days as a courtesy to the buyer, however, the buyer waives their right to dispute the item after 10 days from date of payment.
