This original hand-painted limited edition art piece is titled "Dogma Palace". The animation cel has been authorized by Suzuki Associates International, Inc. It is licensed by The Right Stuf International, Inc. and produced by The Tooniversal Company Inc.
This 12-field black & white limited edition cel was recreated from an original frame from the 1964 cartoon, "Dogma Palace". ASTROBOY was created in Japan by Osamu Tezuka in 1963. The series aired on US television during 1963 and 1964. A total of 104 episodes were made in the original black & white series and syndicated to T.V by NBC.
The cel is hand-inked and hand-painted and bears the official seals of The Right Stuf International, Inc. and the Tooniversal Company, Inc. attesting to its authenticity.
This cel is signed by Ms. Billie Lou Watt, the original voice of ASTROBOY, and is mounted against a lithograph background. This limited edition cel was created using the same methods that are used in preparing actual production cels.
This image is number 10 of a total limited edition of 100. Cel has been mounted and framed behind glass and is ready to be displayed. Great piece of collectible animation that is sure to be a talking point amongst friends and guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fragile nature of this item, it will need to be taken out of frame for international postage. It will not be sent with the frame. International customers will only receive the cel, background, CoA and mounting border. Cel can be sent without frame within Australia upon request by the winning bidder (at a reduced shipping weight and cost).
This item is in very good pre-loved condition. It has been kept in frame and not been removed since mounting. Frame is in good condition with only minor superficial marks. Glass has a few dirt spots however should clean up fine with some glass cleaner. It is slightly dusty and may require a quick wipe down with a clean damp cloth. This item is being sold AS-IS.

Payment
Payment
is preferred within 3 days, but MUST be made within 7 days of auction
end. Items not paid for by this time will be immediately re- listed for
sale, and the non-paying bidders will be given an unpaid item strike
and negative feedback as soon as is allowed by the eBay process.
Payment can either be made via Paypal, direct deposit, bank cheque or
money order. If paying via direct deposit please include the eBay ID
in the bank reference. Without this reference delivery will be delayed.
Please note, we do not accept direct bank deposit from international
buyers.
Invoices are only deemed paid once the FULL amount has been received.
Partial payments are still met with unpaid item disputes, and may be
subject to a $5 administrative fee if the item is relisted and a refund
is required.
Returns
All items are sold AS IS. Returns will be considered on a case
by case basis. Buyer must contact us at info3185@simplysold.com.au to
discuss return options within 24 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is
responsible for return shipping charges, original shipping costs are
non-refundable.

IN STORE PICKUP
In-person collection of goods directly from Simply Sold's Elsternwick location
incurs a $5.00 (AU) handling fee. We are unable to process any payments in
store, and cash is not an accepted form of payment. Our store hours are 10-5
on weekdays and 10-4 on Saturdays.
Payment will need to be made prior to
picking up the item, either via paypal or direct deposit and must include the handling
fee. When paying via direct deposit, please bring along the receipt
or print-out of the confirmation of payment. Items must be picked up
within 10 days of payment or they will be relisted and payment may be
forfeited.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION
Please note we use Australia Post to ship most of our goods.
Items are shipped within 7 days of payment being received and may take
up to 8 business days to deliver. This is an Australia Post timeframe
which we cannot control. All shipping prices stated below include Receipted
Delivery during transit. Prices are inclusive of handling and packing
costs. All items are posted from our warehouse within seven days
of payment, and we ask that you please allow up to EIGHT business days
for delivery of your item
