RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY:

      We charge 15% re-stocking fee for all items that are returned for refund. The warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

      We exchange defective merchandise only after 10 days from delivery date for the same model under the following conditions:
          o The warranty does not cover installation or damage from installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
          o Buyer/winner ships merchandise at their own expense, defective or not. We take care of the expenses shipping back to you.
          o Must be accompanied by a letter with your full name, item number and your telephone number and the explained defect.
          o The buyer has, "Bench Tested" item prior to installation to discover any factory defect and we will not be liable for the cost for removal and or installation of the unit's expense.
          o Should be returned in its ORIGINAL BOX with all packaging material, manuals and all else that came with it.
          o You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
          o Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
          o Return cannot be processed unless all of these terms are met.
          o All other returns/refunds will be on a case by case basis.
