Returns

If you are not satisfied with the phone or carrier, you may call the carrier to cancel the service. Returns of shipped phones are accepted within 14 days of the shipment date for either exchange or full refund.
Prepaid phones must be returned in unopened packages.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
