This unit is in good physical condition with the exception of minor scratches on the screen and chips in the paint, as seen in pictures. This unit powers on, lights up and all keys are functioning properly. We were unable to make a phone call due to lack of service. The battery included with this unit does hold a charge, however the life of the battery is not guaranteed. This unit is NOT UNLOCKED.
