All Helmet Camera Accesories come with a full 6 month warranty . If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the item as required.

The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid (please supply a prepaid airbag/satchel for return of your new item). Your item is to be returned with the original sales reciept

 Our Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt for your choice of a full refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be made quickly upon receipt of the returned item. All returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. All items should be accompanied by your sales receipt. No returns after 30 days. You will need to contact us prior to your return as not all items are returnable. We reserve the right to inspect and return to you any item that is not acceptable for return. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made until we receive your returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Our Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise requested, we ship via Australia Post Express Service  with most orders delivered in 1-3 days. All orders to be shipped outside of Australia are charged at a flat rate of AUD $22.00 and are sent via Australia Post Air Mail,your order will take between 7 to 15 working days. All international customers are responsible for import duties and fees. All items are in stock for immediate shipment. We will confirm a shipping date to you by email as soon as possible after receiving your order. In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will keep you regularly informed.
