Physical damage to any product including CPU's will void the DOA warranty. Improper Installation of CPU fans and Improper clocking will cause CPUs to Chip or Burn. ALL CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damage. I will not replace or refund CPUs that are physically damaged. This may include but is not limited to improper handling and any kind of physical damage not caused by normal use. Bent pins are a common site in physical damaged CPU's. Forcing the chip into place will never solve the problem but will only result in voiding the warranty. AMD and Intel will not take these kind of CPU's back. Therefore, I must return any physically damaged CPU to the customer at the customer's loss.

A: I have the 64 bit version. Good to know that it works with the 32 bit version.

 Q: Hi, I don't believe you can download software from ATI, the utility ATI Catalyst Media Center is offered by ATI for $12. Can you confirm that?
A: The Windows XP and Vista drivers are available on the ATI web site for free. I could not find the media center you were referring. However, I used Nero Live to view the programming.

 Q: Hi - you mentioned you used this card until you upgraded your OS. Does this card not work with Windows 7? Thanks!
A: There are no drivers on the ATI web site for Windows 7. The only drivers are for the 750, which is not in production yet. Go figure. I did a Google search on the issue and a Vista to W7 seems to work. It works fine on XP... Continue reading
